Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion
Halo Living LLC respects requests to delete Personal Information. To submit a request, email care@auromise.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address used to interact with Auromise and, if relevant, an order number or a short description of the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, API keys, or access tokens by email.
Information you may ask us to delete
- your contact or customer information;
- customer-uploaded pet photos and customization files;
- customization notes, memorial text, and related design-request information;
- support messages or chat information held by us;
- marketing preferences and non-essential communication records; and
- other Personal Information that we are not required or permitted to retain.
How we process requests
- We acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable information to verify the request.
- We review the request under applicable privacy law and identify the relevant Shopify, support, review, analytics, advertising, or other service-provider records.
- We delete, anonymize, or restrict the requested information where required and permitted by law, and we provide a response within the time required by applicable law.
- Where another service provider controls the relevant data, we will provide the appropriate instructions or assist with the request where reasonably possible.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information when required or permitted for tax, accounting, order, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, legal, or regulatory purposes. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may also be retained.
Other privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, a copy of your information, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of certain advertising or sharing activities. California residents may use the Site Privacy Choices control when available or contact us at the email above.
Our full privacy practices are described in the Auromise Privacy Policy. Halo Living LLC does not provide customer-uploaded pet photos, private messages, full customer order records, or full payment-card details to AI systems for analysis.
