Please upload 2 photos of your pet. Casual snapshots are perfectly fine—we’ll adjust the crop and composition to create the best possible look for your keepsake.
The photo area of the keychain is approximately 2.5 cm in diameter. If you forget to upload your photos when placing your order, you can also send them to us via WhatsApp afterward.

Can I include multiple pets?
Multiple pets may be possible depending on the selected style and photo count. A joint photo works best when available. If you need to combine separate photos, send them with your order details so we can review the layout.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes. You can request changes to your photo, name, date, or other personalization details before approving your design preview. Once the preview is approved and production begins, further changes may no longer be possible.
