Will I receive a design preview before production?

Yes. We send a design proof within 24 hours during business days after we receive your order and 4 clear pet photos.

Requests received on weekends or holidays may take longer. You can reply with any requested changes before production. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours after the proof is sent, we will treat the design as approved and begin production.

How many photos do I need to provide?

Please provide 4 clear pet photos through the product page before adding to cart. Everyday snapshots are welcome.
