- Custom & Personalized Products: Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized. Because these items are meticulously handcrafted to your exact specifications (e.g., using uploaded photos), all sales of personalized items are strictly final.
Note: We cannot accept cancellations or process returns for customized orders via this form once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
