At Auromise, we are committed to delivering your precious pet keepsakes safely and efficiently. Since most of our products are handcrafted and personalized, please review our shipping timelines below.

1. Order Processing Time (Crafting Period)

  • Customized Products: Every piece is unique. It typically takes 3-5 business days for our designers and artisans to craft, personalize, and quality-check your order before it is ready for shipment.

  • Standard Products: Non-customized items are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Note: During peak holiday seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time (Transit Period) We ship to North America (USA & Canada) and Europe (UK, Italy, Spain, etc.) from our international crafting center.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal service delays, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. No hidden fees at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Auromise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your Tracking Number.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through your Auromise account.

6. Damaged Packages Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at care@auromise.com within 7 days.
