Welcome to the Auromise Store (referred to as “the Store,” “we,” or “us”). The website shop.auromise.com is operated by Halo Living LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming, USA. The website, content, products, features, and related services offered through the Store (collectively, the “Services”) are hosted and supported by Shopify. By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services.

Section 1 – Accounts and Access By using the Services, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained appropriate consent from a legal guardian. We may request necessary information to complete order and payment processes. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

Section 2 – Product Display and Representations We strive to present accurate product information; however, variations may occur due to device settings, manufacturing processes, or batch differences. Since many of our products are made with natural crystals, slight variations in color and texture are normal. All product descriptions and images are provided for reference only and do not constitute warranties or guarantees.

Section 3 – Orders and Contract Formation Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are considered accepted only after confirmation and successful payment processing. Order Cancellations & Modifications: Because our products are highly customized, any requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted to care@auromise.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled. For further details on after-sales matters, please refer to our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Section 4 – Pricing, Payment, and Charges Prices are valid as displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to process payments.

Section 5 – Shipping and Risk of Loss Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property All content and trademarks within the Services are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Section 7 – Third-Party Tools and Links The Services may contain third-party features or links (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their accuracy, security, or performance.

Section 8 – Privacy Policy By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy. Certain data processing activities may be performed by Shopify, and its privacy policies shall also apply where relevant.

Section 9 – User Feedback If you submit feedback to us, you grant the Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such feedback.
