Upload exactly two photos of your pet. We will prepare:

• A personalized name on the glass fur keepsake bottle.

Everyday phone photos are welcome. We will refine the crop, lighting, and layout for the design; the clarity of the final print still depends on the quality and resolution of the original files.

Preview before production

A design preview is usually emailed within 24 hours after we receive your order and both required photos. Review the photo crop, name, dates, and layout, and request any needed changes before production begins.

Please upload exactly two photos, even if the uploader allows more files. Choose images where your pet is visible and not heavily covered by text, stickers, or filters. Casual phone photos are welcome. Very small, blurred, or heavily cropped files may limit the final print quality. Photos are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Care

Handle the acrylic and glass components with care. Dust the display with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths or cleaners that may scratch or cloud the clear surfaces.
