What do I need to provide for personalization?
Simply upload one clear photo of your pet and enter their name.
You can also add a meaningful date if you wish, but dates are completely optional.
Your pet's portrait will be engraved on the round charm, while their name and optional date will be engraved on the cross.
If you forget to upload your photos, you can send them after ordering via WhatsApp.
When will I receive a design preview?
A design preview is usually emailed within 24 hours after we receive your order and required photos. It shows how your photo will be prepared before production begins. Production starts after approval. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, the preview will be considered approved and production will begin.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated transit time for U.S. orders: 8–12 business days after production.

Absolutely! Each set includes a matching necklace chain and keyring clip.
The cross and photo charm can be detached and rearranged, so you can wear your keepsake as a necklace or carry it as a keychain.
