If you'd like any changes, simply reply to the email and we'll make revisions before production.

If we don't receive a reply within 24 hours after sending the preview, we'll assume it's approved and begin crafting your memorial to keep your order on schedule.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

For all custom photo orders, we will email you a design proof before production.

You'll be able to review the effect and suggest any changes (designs are automatically approved if we don't hear back within 24 hours).

We want to make sure you receive a memorial piece you are completely satisfied with.

Ideally, 8-10 photos work best. Casual, everyday snapshots are completely fine—our designer will make sure they look beautiful!

If you have a lot of photos and aren't sure which to choose:
Feel free to upload all your favorites! Our designer will help select the ones that create the best effect, and we will email you a design preview first.

If you don't have many photos:
That is perfectly fine, too! Please provide at least one or two clear photos, and our designer will use AI to craft stunning, adorable, and incredibly lifelike images of your little one. As always, you will receive an email preview beforehand.
