How do I place a custom order?
Choose your style and place your order. Upload the required number of photos and your pet’s details on the product page.
When will I receive a design preview?
A design preview is usually emailed within 24 hours after we receive your order and required photos. It shows how your photo will be prepared before production begins. Production starts after approval. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, the preview will be considered approved and production will begin.
How many photos should I upload?
The required number depends on the style you choose. Please follow the photo count shown next to your selected style. Clear, well-lit photos are recommended. If you forget to upload your photos, you can send them after ordering via WhatsApp.
Can I include multiple pets?
Multiple pets may be possible depending on the selected style and photo count. A joint photo works best when available. If you need to combine separate photos, send them with your order details so we can review the layout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 3–5 business days after your design preview is approved. Estimated shipping is 8–12 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Occasional carrier delays may occur.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
You can update your personalization or photo before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
What if my keepsake arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order to help it arrive safely. If your keepsake is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and help with the next steps.
