How Customization Works

1. Place your order for one personalized pet memorial shadow box.
2. Submit four clear pet photos and any personalization details through the product-page upload instructions.
3. We will prepare a design proof and send it by email within 24 hours after receiving your order and photos. Requests received on weekends or holidays may take longer.
4. Reply with any requested changes before production. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours after the proof is sent, the design will be treated as approved and production will begin.
5. After your keepsake ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Photo Guidance

Please provide four clear pet photos. Everyday snapshots are welcome. For the best result, choose photos with good lighting and a clear view of your pet.
