If we don't receive a reply within 24 hours after sending the preview, we'll assume it's approved and begin crafting your memorial to keep your order on schedule.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Will I receive a design preview before production?

Absolutely!
For all custom photo orders, we will email you a design proof before production.

You'll be able to review the effect and suggest any changes (designs are automatically approved if we don't hear back within 24 hours).

We want to make sure you receive a memorial piece you are completely satisfied with.

How many photos should I upload?

Ideally, 4+ photos work best. Casual, everyday snapshots work perfectly! You can securely upload your photos on the product page before adding to cart, or forward them to us via WhatsApp (+447592201977).

If you have a lot of photos and aren't sure which to choose:
